The Old Inn, a picturesque country pub, is situated in the heart of the village of Holton. Located approximately 2.5 miles from central Wincanton, just off the A303 and 6 miles from the stunning medieval market town of Sherborne.

The pub dates back some 400 years and retains many of it's original features, log burning fire, flagstone floors, oak beams which all add to its charm.

In recent times the building has been sympathetically enhanced and extended to include the stunning vaulted dining room 'Porters' named after our chef Jason Porter which provides the ideal setting for a wide range of parties & functions, in addition to our regular dining room opening hours.

Warm and inviting, it is the perfect location for enjoying a lunchtime snack, a relaxed dinner in the dining room or having a Sunday roast by the fire, whilst soaking up the lively atmosphere. Offering fabulous food, fine wines and excellent local beers and cider.
